General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) for all orders placed on www.pure-filters.ch.

Please find below the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC), which serve as the basis for the processing and fulfilment of the purchase contract for customers on Pure Filters websites. Data protection policies are contained in a separate document, also on the annexe page.

The customer is any natural or legal person who enters into a transaction for commercial purposes, in particular through a secure online payment procedure implemented and managed by the banking institutions whose services Pure Filters has engaged.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

The customer accepts the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) as soon as they place an order by clicking "Order", and this applies to all orders for products and/or services on the Pure Filters websites. The contractual relationship between Pure Filters and the customer is governed by European law. This document forms an integral part of the sales contract.

2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1 Contracts concluded on the Pure Filters websites are exclusively in the French language. When ordering items, your contracting party is A+B Solutions Sarl, Chemin de la Meunière 10, 1008 Prilly, Switzerland.

2.2 By clicking "Order", you place a firm order for the items in your shopping cart. We confirm receipt of your order by email after receiving full payment for the order. From that point, a contract is concluded between the customer and Pure Filters.

2.3 Please note that if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, the order for the goods takes effect upon receipt of full payment for the goods and any applicable shipping charges.

3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

3.1 Prices are displayed in Euros.

3.2 The prices shown on items at the time of ordering apply. Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes. The price of items does not include shipping costs.

3.3 The amount of shipping costs is calculated automatically based on the destination and content of the order. They appear in the summary before the order is finalised.

3.4 We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The prices shown at the time of ordering are binding.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 We offer our customers various payment methods, such as advance payment by bank transfer, payment by credit card, PayPal, etc. For each order we reserve the right not to accept a payment method. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland and within the European Union (EU). You bear any potential cash transaction fees and exchange rates.

4.2 The order will be considered accepted by Pure Filters when the banking institutions have given their approval and Pure Filters has validated the order by sending a confirmation email to the customer's address provided on the order.

4.3 In order to limit fraud, Pure Filters reserves the right to request proof of the customer's address and identity before confirming their order. Pure Filters also reserves the right to cancel the order in the absence of supporting documents or data deemed non-compliant.

4.4 In the event of a refund, we will refund you to the account you used for payment.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 Unless otherwise agreed between the customer and Pure Filters, the order will be delivered to the delivery address indicated at the time of ordering.

5.2 We are only obliged to deliver items that are in our stock and those we can order from our suppliers. We ship your orders within the European territory. If the lead time is expressed in business days, we mean all days from Monday to Friday. This does not include Saturday and Sunday as well as public holidays.

5.3 The information provided by the customer when placing an order (name, billing and delivery address) is binding on them. We are not responsible for any error on the part of the customer when registering their account or when placing their order.

6. RIGHT OF RETURN

6.1 For orders of items on the Pure Filters websites, Pure Filters accepts a right of return of 30 days in total, from receipt of the goods (the period starts running the day after receipt). In order to exercise the right of return, the customer must not have used the goods; they must be returned complete and intact in their original packaging.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify us by email, mentioning the order number, and our support team will guide you through the process.

6.2 Return shipping costs are borne by Pure Filters.

7. WARRANTY

7.1 The statutory two-year warranty for defective products applies. During this period, the customer may request repair or replacement of the defective product.

7.2 Products are guaranteed by their manufacturers for the duration and according to the conditions indicated on the Pure Filters websites. No warranty coverage will be possible beyond the period offered by Pure Filters.

7.3 The warranty is excluded for defects caused by the customer, particularly in the case of mishandling or misuse.

8. CHANGES TO GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

8.1 Pure Filters reserves the right to modify or adjust the General Terms and Conditions of Sale for the future if technical or legal reasons require it. Modifications become part of the contract once the customer accepts them.

8.2 If individual clauses of the contract are or become wholly or partially void, or if the contract contains an unforeseen gap, the validity of the other clauses or parts of those clauses is not affected. Ineffective or missing clauses are replaced by the corresponding legal regulations.

9. JURISDICTION

In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne.
